I completed my education through the New York City Department of Education, studying at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) and the Brooklyn Adult Learning Center.

My goal is to make technology easier and more approachable. Whether you want to improve your computer skills or need technical support at home, I provide clear, patient, and reliable service every step of the way.
